    Default Paid parental leave question

I have been working casually for my employer since October 2013, I am due early July 2014. This is around 10 months but I may come up days short of it being exactly 10 months.
Is there any ways around this?
I also highly doubt I will be able to work upto 40 weeks being a high risk pregnancy and a lot of travel to and from work.
    Thanks

If you had another employer before this but within the 13 month before due date rule then it's ok and centerlink pays the leave instead

If you read thru the ppl form it says 330 hrs over 13 months. If you say no to that the next question is have you done 500 hrs over any 10 month batch in 13 months before due date then you still qualify.
I think it would be ok then . You may have already done 500 hours
