    Default Deals direct

Has anyone bought through them before? Do they take long to deliver? How did you find them in general?

I've bought heaps! Never had one issue. Delivery is usually just a few working days after a purchase but I think they are in sydney and so am I.

Decent delivery time but the items were as low quality as I expected.

Delivery and communication is very good. As pp says though do your research on the on what you are buying - their name brand stuff is genuine but they do have some cheapie stuff on there too.

I bought a frame and the front panel that was plastic not glass was damaged... So got an exchange and even the exchange was damaged so they gave us credit but we never used it because we didn't think it was worth the hassle...

I ordered my son's race car bed through them off Ebay. I was pretty unimpressed, to say the least. The item didn't arrive in time, and I had no communication from them until I e-mailed informing them the item hadn't arrived. I had to continue chasing them for updates and the bed arrived two weeks later than it was supposed to. One of the boxes had clearly been dropped at some point, as the wood was damaged in two places. I wouldn't use them again and would not recommend them.

I ordered a sandpit from them. The delivery was quite quick and the sandpit was just as described. I didn't have any issues with them but I was a bit concerned by looking at the website.

I have some kitchen stools from them, and just tonight bought some wardrobe storage shelving.

Previously, with the stools, delivery was about 2 working days and they are pretty sturdy... I don't have any issues with them.
