Default pre-natal classes. When and what did you do?

    Hello
I was given a list of prenatal classes available at my hospital a few weeks ago and the other day a friend gave me a flyer for parenting classes that she found useful. I've got no idea which ones I want to attend and whether its a bit early (I'm 17 weeks).
Anyone out there have any advice? What kind of classes did you go to? What was most helpful? Did your partner come too? When should I start booking things?
    Thanks!

Hi! I'm 18weeks with my first. My hospital also sent me a list of classes, and said to call to book them around the 20weeks mark.
I will attend some with my husband.
I've been doing prenatal yoga and been loving it!
