Default How much does your 1 year old drink?

Since 6 months old, my daughter has had a cup of water available to her at all times and sips through the day. With meals she'll usually have a big gulp. I estimate that she drinks about 300-400ml of water per day. We've just cut out her day bottles, so she has a tiny bit of milk with meals (she's not that interested in it) and 1 x 150mL bottle at night. I try to feed her watery fruit through the day like oranges and watermelon to increase her liquid intake.
Her nappies are generally wet but not really full feeling.

Do you think she's drinking enough?

DS has an avent cup that he drinks with meals and I probably refill it once so about 3-400ml water there. He also constantly drinks from my cup/water bottle so I'd say another couple of hundred ml.

Plus 3 BF a day and if it's hot he'll have water overnight between 100-200ml

With dd I refill the sippy once so around 300-400ml of water plus 3 breastfeeds a day. She has access to it at all times during the day so I know if she's thirsty she'll drink enough
