    @Felicia I use the app fertility friend to chart temping and you can put in opk's and cm. You will need a basal temp thermometer to be accurate. And then just take temp same time every morning BEFORE getting out if bed right after waking. So roll over turn alarm off and stick thermometer in mouth lol fertility friend has a website too where you can read up about temping and what different temp shifts mean.

    @Felicia- I've only temped for a cycle and a a half hehe. You can start now to get use to doing it. Just input the start of your last AF. it won't be a complete chart but you should see a big temp drop when AF Starts again (if she does ) there is a BBT thread where you can post your chart and ask questions. The girls in there have helped me out heaps.

    Im so sorry hun.

    I just wanted to say that the first few months of ttc were really, really difficult for me continually getting bfn. The "symptoms" that we often get are the same as for af - because of the progesterone surge before af. As we are so much more body aware when ttc my theory is, that we notice things that we might not have really noticed much before - we think these are symptoms when they can often just happen to us as part of our normal cycle. Symptom spotting is a nasty part of the ttc journey. The past 2 cycles I have been really good at not doing it and this time I can't seem to help myself.

    How long are your cycles?

    Don't leave @Felicia - you can temp and opk in a relaxed way - you're the master of cool and calm ttc - we can't do this without you!

    I opk each month and for me it's about knowing my body and having that bit more information about how my body works. I find it very useful on lots of levels to use opks. I tried temping but with a 2 yo waking during the night and at different times in the morning I couldn't get it right.

    @babyla
    I'm going to try my best !
    Ha ha i feel like far from the calm relaxed one sometimes
    You ladies keep me sane 😝
    I know i won't let temping or opks( as I've never done) to dictate when I snuggle with dh as that feels to clinical for me and takes away why I want to conceive another little person
    But I'm not silly you have to be in the game to win it :-) so we just try have regular bd to increase our chances
    That's why my doc has suggested it to gain more info on my body and then have a clear picture on my fertility

    I just had 3 days of no fertile cm and just before went to loo and have stretchy cm again
    Gosh !!! What is this
