@jesssalee! @Felicia, how are you doing?

Cd6 today. Af left cd4. Now the long wait to ovulation begins!

Lately I've been reading up about how to enhance fertility with food. As we all know our monthly cycle is made up of different phases - menstrual, follicular, ovulation and luteal, during which different hormones' levels wax and wane. Since each phase has a new hormone (mostly) doing some work (leaving out details) it would make sense to include some foods that aid this work?
Is it fair to assume that what we eat in each phase could be slightly more targeted at helping our hormones achieve their goal for that phase thus aiding fertility?
    I found a link that corroborates this - http://www.parenting.com/article/wha...ceive?page=0,0

@Felicia, I don't want to get your hopes up, but all that really sounds like pregnancy not AF to me. Especially since you've been so unwell, which is also quite common doing early pregnancy.

    Fx for you!!

None yet. I was going to test, but I think I might just wait it out a bit longer. Better to live in hope than be disappointed if I am pregnant, it will become obvious eventually anyway

Got some light spotting and cramps today... its cd7 not sure what that's about.

4 more days until my fertile window

I've found a great app which allows me to input all sorts of data and tells me what certain things mean. Its been really great, its called Ovia if anyone else is interested.

I use Ovia too. I'm a bit of an app junkie. Selene is great too if you are prepared to do the work of temp-ing etc. I also like Baby's Day Out & Mobile Mom Ovulation.
