The glue is sticking the pubes to the skin...

Thanks ladies I might go to the chemist and try and get some adhesive removal wipes... If the home made olive oil solution doesn't work...

Sorry to hear you are in pain VP I hope you find something soon though.
I had to have a little chuckle tho as I was reminded of an email that went around a few years ago about the story from a woman who had an experience with wax!
Can you call the hospital and ask what they use?

I have a midwife visit Friday if it's not sorted before then I will ask the midwife. Hospital hasn't been terribly helpful to date.

Don't worry about having a chuckle. I'm tossing up between laughing and crying myself. Infact for a chuckle I might get hubby to pop into the chemist this arvo and ask for the wipes that will get glue off his wife's pubes ..

Oh I know how that feels. I used this adhesive removal wipes! They are brilliant. You can buy just little sachets of them in this chemist. Worked straight away. Didn't irritate the scar.

I use eucalyptus oil for removal of everything sticky.

A quick update: hubby got me two satchels of the adhesive removal wipes from the chemist. They have done the trick: the globs of glue have gone. Now the only problem is my pubes are itchy (had to partially shave before the csec) but I don't expect you ladies to help me with that one!

    Thanks everyone

Glad the glue is gone- ugh I remember that awful itchiness. Last thing you want when you are already healing! I am planning on a sneaky wax late in this pregnancy just in case I need another C sec
