I need some help re: OPKs

wasnt gonna do them this month, felt some weird cramping around cd 21, friend had so FRER OPKs so I tested on cd 22 and got a negative. Tested 8am yesterday (cd 23) and got a positive. Tested at 12pm got an almost positive result, then tested at 5pm and got a clear negative. Ok so DH and I dtd last night. Then I tested this morning again to make sure the surge was over and got this image.jpg
Another very clear positve OPK. Wth????? How can I have a surge that disappeared yesterday only to return this morning???? It wasn't fmu I used either, it was about 3rd fmu
