I know some ladies get a different kind of cm around O time. I know its kind of like a plug that forms to keep things out. And I know it happens every cycle regardless if you catch the egg or not.
What I want to know is if the happens the moment when you release the egg, or a few hours or a day later after the egg is released.
And is it pointless dtd when you get that cm because swimmers cant get through?

    Any thoughts?

Belle, I've had the same question about when exactly the CM changes are in the cycle of things.

But I do agree wth PP that the EWCM is supposed to help the sperm get there, more watery so it can get through, not as viscous as creamy thick stuff! So it makes sense that once you dry up window closed!
Tmi .....it also makes it difficult to track when the semen itself is watery so if you're BDing everyday, you don't know what proportion is EWCM or semen! The things we have to think about!

Still a chance. With my dd I didn't get a bfp until a week after AF was late. Anything is possible

Thanks. Not holding outing hope though as I may not have even ovulated.

Go away on wed. DH is working in Manila this week so at least he's not witnessing the crazy.

You going to test again tomorrow or wait until sat?

I only read something last week about this. Said once the plug is up, nothing gets through, so need to DTD before/day of O (before your cervical window closes)

So annoyed. I have a frer and a digi left from last pg. I even carried overseas but now I can't find them. I only have the freebies that come with the ovuplan opks. There's no point in trying that at 11dpo is there?
