My opk was so close to pos yesterday, so has to be pos today but I'm in bed with a rotten bug. Please let me feel better by tonight as I will be gutted if I miss my chance for this month.

Yeh a lot of ladies seem to have success with accupuncture so that may be a good option. Talking to a GP helps if they are supportive. We had DHs swimmers checked earlier on and we had bloods etc done. I have never had my progesterone checked (not that I'm aware of) and that is something I wish I had checked earlier. Good luck with it

Good luck with your FS and tracking cycle. Hopefully you can find some answers and a way forward.

There is a small IUI thread too if you happen to go down that path. I found it full of useful info, and some positive stories! (Hoping to add mine to the list this month!)

Hubby wants me to test tomorrow, but I keep holding off hahaha. I just don't want to get excited, go to poas and AF has come. I've been to the toilet like 15 times today checking because it feels like she is here and nothing so far. Just wet wet downstairs... arghhh

    How many DPO are you?

I hope it's not a breakdown of your CL!

The Corpus Luteum is the by product of the follicle that releases the egg. It then produces progesterone until it receives HCG confirmation from implantation. If it receives HCG confirmation, it keeps producing progesterone until the placenta takes over. If no HCG, it breaks down and you then get your period. General sign of CL breakdown is a watery discharge.
