Have you taken your measurements? I have found that when I have been trying to lose weight that tje actual weight doesnt always drop but I lose CM's. I aim for 1200 calories a day but I also cant do anymore exercise than just walking as I have a bad knee injury that requires surgery.

Yes scales can be very deceiving.
    For eg

That is only 3kg difference in weight but I lost a lot of cm's.

Measurements and pictures are the best way to go.

This is what we are working up to doing. I couldn't increase the fat all at once as I started getting nausea. So we are doing one product a week, this week it is sour cream and cheeses. Next week it will be milk (the big one), and we are using coconut oil in cooking and butter etc.

Can I ask what you eat for breakfast as I am struggling and the smell of eggs is making me ill!! From what i have read it is important to start your day with protein and fat

I have a whole baby coconut for breakfast. I drink the water then eat the flesh out. They are about 3$ each you can get them on special. It's so refreshing, good fats and keep me full till lunch
