We're going well, DS is 13wks old tomorrow. He has a beautiful quiet nature but we're still working on his day sleeping. We've been referred to an ENT specialist as he tends to snort a lot and snores when he sleeps.

I think I'm starting to settle into being a mum of 2 but it'll be a while before I feel like I have the hang of it!

How is everyone going? DS is almost 6mo now and I am loving it! We've finally got his feeding & sleeping sorted and I'm feeling much more confident having the 2 kids. DD still loves her little brother, I'm surprised the novelty hasn't worn off yet!

Ah its great to hear from ye ladies. Was just thinking to myself this morning how important and supportive the forum was when we all started our journeys together. I was delighted to see the emails then this afternoon. My little doll is doing great thankfully. We spent 5 weeks back in Ireland and it was such an emotional time showing her off to family and friends. She was such a little legend for the whole trip and grew her first two teeth (first one arrived on xmas day! Thanks Santa!) and she finally grew some hair (even if it is a bit of a Mohawk!) Thankfully she had always been pretty good sleeping and had started sleeping 12 hours at night without a feed/waking (except to stick the dummy back in). Due to jetlag and the bright mornings we are not so lucky with 12 hours sleep since we returned but still getting about 9. Totally enjoying motherhood and feel blessed every single day Keep in touch xxx PS will send pic of Aoibheann from my mobile - would love to see recent pics of your babies too

@heartstringz it was all linked to feeding. He was diagnosed with CMPI at 3mo (my DD had it too) and my milk supply has always been a little dodgy. With DD I never produced enough despite medication and pumping. This time I managed to get a decent and stable supply but he was feeding every 1.5-2hrs in order to sustain a modest weight gain. A combination of frequent feeding and him being uncomfortable from the CMPI meant that he just catnapped all day. Putting him on a formula for babies with intolerances sorted him out. He now has good naps of 1-3hrs during the day and sleeps through some nights, 7pm-6am. He's a very calm baby by nature, it was just a matter of fixing his feeding issues.

How are you going? Any progress with your DS and his sleep?

Good to hear from you ladies. It sounds like you are enjoying yourselves and the babies are growing nicely. I can't believe Elijah is 6 months old already. He is a big boy, his height is off the charts. He started commando crawling on New Year's Day and is now into absolutely everything and is a little speed demon in his walker. We have had a few hiccups with a bout of gastro and the first two teeth but mostly we get 12 hours at night. He eats anything and everything, so far there is nothing he won't eat - even chilli!
    Here is an updated pic.

On another note, starting a frozen cycle next month......ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1421268912.178995.jpg

Nice to hear how everyone is going! DD will be 7 months in a few days, still BF but she loves her food & I just feed her everything - she ate cucumber & chicken off my plate at the pub for lunch today lol!
She can sit by herself & do 360's on her tummy, but still can't roll tummy to back.
Had her first day of daycare this week, I was a mess, but gotta go back to work to earn some $ for more IVF!
SoReady a FET so exciting! We're going back to the clinic in July, but I'm not sure if I'll be ready 😣
I just love her so much it's so amazing to finally be a mum. Christmas was so much fun I feel like I really got to enjoy the magic with my niece & nephew instead of being all resentful.
Cue - glad you've got the CMPI sorted!
Heartstringz - good luck with the sleep clinic, my sister went to one with her first baby, now her DD (5) is a champion sleeper!
