    Hi Ladies
I hope you don't mind me joining so late but I didn't know this group existed. A couple of your names look familiar. I am from the Adelaide ART/IVF group.

I am 20 weeks along with our beautiful little girl, she was our miracle snow baby.

We did 2 rounds of IUI before finding out we had very low morpth and DNA fragmentation and moved on to IVF with full ICSI. Got 22 eggs and unfortunately severe OHSS that put me in hospital. Out of the 22 eggs, we had 2 that fertalized normally with ICSI and they were both frozen at day 5.

Fast forward a few months and we did our first FET. We were very lucky because first try little one stuck! She is now a VERY active 20 week bub that we can't wait to meet in July

    Hello girls!
Welcome to the group Fifomum! Your scan is very clear, your girl looks great!

Congrats on your 12 weeks scan Stephhamer, it is such a magical moment!
    Welcome to the second trimester!

    Nice scan pic too Cue!

Congrats on a boy Rainbow2013! What is the impact of a low placenta?

Rozzie1976, we are due just a day before you(Aug 4th), and it looks like we always have our scans at the same time. Ours in on March 11th. I can't wait to see bubs again! We will also be finding out the sex. It's funny how before I got pregnant I always thought finding out the sex and choosing a name were the most important / crucial things. Well, now that I'm pregnant it's not that important anymore.
We are pretty set on a boy's name, and 2 choices for a girl, but I'm not 100% convinced yet.

I went to an outlet store nearby on Friday, and found a lot of cute little outfit very cheap!! DH loved them too. I can't believe there's gonna be a little one in there in 22 weeks.

    Hope you're all doing well.

    Welcome Fifomum!

lilla - how funny. My due date is actually 2nd August I inly just got around to changing it. The 12 week scan read slightly ahead and my GP and Sonigrapher said I have to go by the scan date not ET date. Regardless it will arrive when good and ready no matter what the date!!

Everyine thinks were were having a a girl this time but I truly don't care what we have as long as it arrives safely .

Thanks for the welcomes ladies! JB I recognize your name and pic from somewhere lol. Glad to see you over this side :-)

I need some advice not sure if anyone knows but we have just made the decision to swap from our private Ob over to the public system (a midwife run birth centre). We are meant to pay our Ob her full fee at 24 weeks which covers birth etc. Up till now checkups have been billed to Medicare. Will we still be up for this full fee or part of at 24 weeks after transfering care?
