We have them! But they are cunning little things. They eat whatever we put on there. Bread, cheese, peanut butter etc they also seem immune to rat sack, have been known to eat our soap and have eaten through steel wool that I used to plug up our bathroom vanity holes where the pipes go.

I only did those cupboards about 6 months ago too! I have tried putting peppermint oil in there as a deterrent now. There aren't heaps of them but there are enough to be gross and annoying.

Oh wow!! They're super mice! Sorry, I don't have anymore suggestions. Maybe call pest control? Good luck!!

Plastics cupboards are done. That was an easy one - we have limited storage space in our kitchen so everything always has to be organised! I pretty much took everything out, wiped the shelves and put it all back. I'll get the bicarb into the oven tonight before bed and scrubbing it out can be tomorrow's job.

    amazing work @DJ Nette

    for today

    8th June – Rest Day
After cleaning all week … today is a rest day.

Today though, you might consider ways you can make your tools last longer. You can renew old sponges, nylon scrubbers, and scrub brushes by soaking them overnight in a solution of 4 tablespoons baking soda mixed with 1 cup water. Baking soda has the effect of softening stiff brushes and sponges, and it will remove odors as well. Mops and cleaning rags can be treated the same way; soaking them in a baking soda solution gets rid of bad smells and residues

    Ooh can I join?

My house is in dire need of a good clean out.

I did my plastics cupboard and microwave this morning, and I'll start the oven tonight. I'll have to catch up with you ladies
