Meant to be a lamb roast with all the trimmings - but Sunday arvo drinks got in the way - we've picked at the roast and potatoes so much that neither of us can be bothered finishing it off. Ha!

    They are simple as.

    Mashed potato
    Diced bacon
    Fine diced onion
    Cheese
A small shake of season all and some beaten eggs to combine them.

Next time i fry the bacon and onion and maybe add some finely diced red capisum

I cooked them in a muffin tray in the oven.
