Carrot soup for a starter- Only because I have 1kg of carrots that need using up.

Roast pumpkin, spinach and ricotta pie with a side salad as the main.

Damn it, I forgot to buy the peanut butter ice cream from Coles for desert! I think I'll have to make another trip

A packet of smoked salmon in the fridge, so might make creamy smoked salmon on pasta. soften some finely chopped eschallots over low heat in a little butter, thrown in finely chopped spring onions, a splash of white vermouth to deglaze, add cream, season, add chopped smoked salmon, finish with chopped parsley or dill, lemon zest. serve with pasta of your choice!

Oh my yum. I would make this but I don't have any pumpkin, spinach or ricotta.
It is pantry week so it will have to be something with mince instead.
