Spagveg Bol for the boys (making a big portion to freeze a few servings for quick dinners during the week) .... Chicken fried rice for me and I'm also making a chicken and mushroom pie with steamed veg. I'll be freezing up portions of the chicken dishes for during the week also. Then I'll make a pumpkin soup. I'm keen to get back into the gym next week so no excuses for lack of time!!
