    Kids had poached eggs and spinach on toast.

    DH had half a packet of raw macadamias.

    I had some leftover fried rice and half a packet of raw cashews.

    Yep, it was one of those nights.

    I'm not usually a frittata kind of lady. However saw a recipe for a chorizo frittata so going to give it a go - looks yummy
