    I am ssoooo over, over analysing everything!! Ive been feeling super hot over the past two months (complete opposite of me normally) but last night and today Im freezing! Trying to remind myself that symptoms come and go but its hard when the three other pregos I know are still sweating away in the milder weather

    @hopeforlife
    I've been going to see a physio since before I found out I was pregnant and have continued to go now I've told him about it and he still does a little big of work on it but with minimal pressure and it definitely helps !

    I see an osteo and he is amazing. Just make sure they are comfortable and experienced working in pregnant women as there is certain things they can't do in certain trimesters.
    I had the flu vaccine on Sat then got sent home from work today with what the Dr said is viral and all I can do is rest, keep fluids up, and take panadol...... My whole head feels like it's going to explode, Definitely not what I needed just as I was starting to feel good

    It must be beta day today, I had mine too, 4,162 at 18dp5dt (5w2d). No more blood tests needed until my first scan next Thursday!

    It's such a huge relief as my lack of symptoms was worrying me. Sorry to rub it in @90Bayside! What stage did your ms kick in? I'm assuming it's worse bc if the twinnies?
