@Helsbaby - definitely no running yolk ladies! It may contain listeria which may cause huge issues for the baby, and a miscarriage.

    I miss it too!!

    Hmm foods I miss.

    1. Sushi - homemade just isnt the same!
    2. Smoked salmon - dome breakfast just isnt the same without eggs hollandaise!
    3. Salami/Ham - I know I can heat it up but nothing beats a nice cold cheese and meats spread!

Totally annoyed with myself Ive been taking echinacea for about 5 days nows and I cant believe I didnt check the safety during pregnancy!

@amabdale1727 its actually pretty confusing, some websites say its okay and some say its not. I'm a little worried as mine was from the deli and we keep it in brine in the fridge

@Amandale1727 I also miss feta and had a massive slab of it and a huge amount of salami before my first cycle! haha I have also read conflicting things about it but I am just staying away from it just in case

So good to meet you newbies on here!

I was taking folic acid during the cycle and switched to elevit the day I got the BFP! I also take Vitamin D and my doctor recommended fish oil too but I haven't started that yet.
Good luck with everyone who have scans this week! Best feeling ever
