    Hi Ladies,

I hope it's ok that I join in! I have had my first IVF cycle and got a BFP with BT early last week. I am due 8th November so am just over 5 weeks now.
I am absolutely exhausted and my boobs are enormous and I have been craving salty carbs!
I have an ultra sound booked for the 24th and I am getting quite nervous, over analysing everything feeling that something is going to go wrong!
Looking at ob's and hospitals at the moment and trying to remain positive. I think I will feel better after the first scan and see that heart beat!
Hoping all is going really well with you all!

I have put a deposit on the emmaljunga mondial pram! It's beautiful! We already have a bugaboo, so the Emma is definitely an indulgence! But we couldn't help ourselves....can't wait for the ob's appt tommorrow.

ATM I have all day all night nausea. It's actually really bad

I'm 10 weeks now and still craving salty carbs and bad food. The latest one is sour cream and chives Pringles. I just hid the tube so I can stop eating them!

Thank you all for your warm welcome!

Couldn't help myself & did another HPT yesterday & it was still positive. I really need to get over doing that. My only real concern is that my boobs don't seem to be that sore anymore. I'm 5w1d & l'm starting to worry that means something is wrong because l don't seem to be experiencing any real pregnancy symptoms. Has anyone else experienced this?
Although l have been experiencing slight twinges every now & again.

Tomorrow is my 2nd blood test so hopefully everything will be fine. I thought the TWW was torture but the lead up to the 7wk scan is doing my head in!!

    Welcome hopeforlife

Congrats on your BFP. You are due one day before me!
I hear you about over analysing everything. I can't seem to stop doing that at the moment, hopefully as the weeks pass we will become more relaxed. For me too, l just want to get to the 7wk scan & hear a heartbeat so l know l actually have a baby in there.

Oh boy, l haven't even thought about hospitals yet!

Welcome Hopeforlife and sweetnic! The anxiety of the wait for each confirmation that things are going smoothly is very normal, and sweetnic don't worry about your symptoms waxing and waning, mine have been there some days and not on others- I'm now 10weeks 4 days, well past my 7week USS with a good hb and am due my next scan Thurs and I'm still stressing that things might not work out! It does get better though, with each positive result that shows your baby is growing and healthy the better you feel.

We will be finding out the sex, DH and I have always wanted to find out, we can't agree on any names so at least narrowing it down to 1 sex might help!!
