    Id say it's just a superficial skin tear on your anus from straining.
    Just increase your fibre and water as constipation can get worse in pregnancy.
    Unless the toilet water had turned red with blood it's probably not anything to see the GP about (10 years as a Gastro

    It was just on the paper.. it wasn't dripping or anything.
    So perhaps it's OK.

    Just drink more water and increase your fibre.... I'd say you will be fine.
    If you get more bleeding than just the wiping I'd see your doc. Or if you aren't straining and still get it but sounds to me it's cos you strained.
    If you keep that up you will end up with haemarroids!
