With reflux my son was in and out of bad tummy pain all day every day until the losec started working. He gets colic every few days at night from 7pm until 11pm. My DD got colic bad every night from 8pm until 1am but she did not have reflux and was fine during the day this lasted until she was 7 weeks and started tummy sleeping to alleviate the pain.

Thank you all for your help!

I have seen my Dr today & we have an action plan which I am happy with.

He doesn't want me to change too much at once and would like to make sure its reflux before prescribing medication so we have infant gaviscon to try tomorrow for a few days. And if that helps he will give me a script for Losec.

If all that doesn't work we will look at switching formula.

Poor Bubba had her needles today so he just wants me to wait to try the gaviscon.

Glad that I have a plan in place and can see light at the end of the tunnel.

    Just an update:

Gaviscon did nothing at all (apart from constipation!) so we changed to lactose free formula and so far it's been working!
She has been such a diff bubba and it's been a joy. We still have a bit to go to see if the formula is working and testing to come.
Have an appointment with our Dr tomorrow to discuss testing options etc.

Thank you ALLL so much for your help x
