So got a BFN on Friday, and despite the increase to 3 Crinone's my Progesterone had dropped to 24! I'm talking to my FS on Friday to work out what's going on, I susspect that I am not absorbing Crinone or something, I've started a thread to see if anyone else has experience this, if you have I would appreciate you popping over and letting me know what you did - Crinone not working for you? Not absorbing Progesterone

Sorry to hear of your BFN (I'm pretty sure I'm headed for one now myself and it's just awful & unfair). Anyway, for some reason my body didn't absorb the crinone cream so I was moved to the pessaries (which weren't much better)...in the end we worked out my body just doesn't want to retain progesterone after a stim cycle but is fine during my natural cycle so it's unmediated FETs for me (which unfortunatley adds extra time & $ to my cycles but you gotta do what ever it takes).

@Bettie I am sorry to hear that - i've not had issues with progesterone absorption but I've not had a BT at that point

I'm really sorry @Bettie is the low progesterone a new development? They would have picked that up before now wouldn't they?

AFM I'm on for my transfer tomorrow, luckily in the morning so I'm not fretting and on Bub Hub all day................

    .
I insisted on having my Progesterone levels monitored this cycle
they went from 450 at ET (think the Menopur helped with that) to 50 one week later, then 24 2 days after that, so now i'm worried that I have had this issue all along and have essentially wasted 30k on 4 failed attempts

@Bettie I'm so sorry to hear , it's so frustrating when u think they shoul be on top of these things not u having to monitor yourself u pay for them to rule things that may be slowing ur process down, I hope u get the issue sorted @Rice have u still been POAS or has AF showed herself @Bongley GOOD LUCK TOMORROW we will be PUPO together 😊
