Hi @miissalina , I had ten collected which is the most for me. There were 6 mature at the time then 2 more matured on day 2 and one more since then. So 9 fertlised in total which is great numbers considering two years ago I was getting around 50% I would normally have lost a few by now and have some less than 4 cell. I would still kill for an 8 cell right now though.........

@katiana that's great news sending lots of sticky baby dust ur way , did u ask for two to be transferred or did ur FS suggest that? My ET is tomoro and BT also same day as urs longest Two weeks of our lives @Bongley did u do anything different to improve ur embryos getting to this point or to improve fertilization ? I'm so nervous about tomoro just waiting to see how many embryos made it to blast so nerve racking all this waiting we have to do

we have always had two embys transferred, at day 3 (8 cellish) we did do the 5 day blast just to see if our embys were arresting, but went back to the 3 dayers when we seen that wasn't the case. i think after 6years ++ our FS just doesn't even ask us anymore. lol. good luck with your ET

@miissalina I've been on exactly the same regulation for the past 3 cycles. In 2013 Genea improved the solution the eggs fertilise in. I don't know if its that or just luck but I have noticed a much better fertilisation rate from cycle 4 (in 2012) to now and an improvement in immature eggs maturing too.

    Hi there!

Can I join in please? After a big break, we are having our first frostie transfer @ 11am tomorrow. I'm frightened it won't work. I'm having acupuncture before and after in the hope it helps our little one stick. Fingers crossed.

Welcome @Jodes35 my transfer is (hopefully) a day after yours. Is it a frostie from years ago?

    Good luck!
