    Welcome @Tilkah @HeyMissA @MrsBubbles and @Noms82!!
@Rice please don't give up yet I recon it's still too early, the one and only time I ever fell pregnant (naturally) I didn't even get a positive until I was about a week late!

I was on Crinone for the fresh transfer and found it a lot more 'messy' then the Oripro pessarie I'm on with the FETs!!

AFM still bumbling along in this TWW, BT is one week today and no symptoms; no cramps, no sore boobs, nothing! I hate POAS so will just have to wait a week!

We all get the outcomes we're after!!

I have a cold and a sore throat... Is there anything I shouldn't take while doing a stim ivf cycle... Nurses said to stay away from blood thinners... Anything else I should or shouldn't take?

I've only done fresh cycles before and only had to start gels & pessaries after transfer, so was surprised that I had to start them already yesterday (Friday) when my FET isn't till Wednesday. I was told not to do the crinone gel the morning of transfer- do it after transfer. Thankful it's only twice a day this time instead of 3 times- no need to worry about doing it in a public toilet during the day if out!

@Rice don't give up hope! I believe it's not until about 6 days post 5day transfer that the embryo starts producing hcg.

Poas is evil torture!! I tortured myself with doing poas regularly for my last fet only to keep seeing the one line. This time I'm expecting a bfn and if the bt is positive then I'll be surprised.

@miissalina I also couldn't hold out and POAS last night (4dp5dt). I knew it was too early and as expected got a BFN. I'm not too worried though as it was very early and not even first morning pee. At least now I know the trigger is out of my system (10 days after taking it for the sake of our experiment). It has actually cured me of my mad need to test so I think I will hold off a while now. @Rice I think it is still too early. From what I have read 5dp5dt is the very earliest you can get a bfp but LOTs of people get bfns at that stage only to get bfps a few days later. Hold in there, I think we are both still in the game @Just One Wish you are stronger than us!

The embryologist told me that they look for embryos that are between 6 and 8 cell at day 3 so I'd say that's great! So you have 4 strong contenders I would say and of course you can't rule out the others catching up. I hope I have as many tomorrow.

One of my frozen blasties was 5 cell at day 3. We don't know if it's any good yet but it did make it to blastocyst!
