    Default Dessert suggestions please

We are having friends over for a casual dinner tonight (prawns and crayfish), I would love some suggestions as to what I should make for dessert.

    Thanks in advance

Tiramisu is my latest favourite lately- I skip the custard layer so there is hardly any prep- whisk 500g mascarpone with a little sugar, bath the sponge biscuits in string espresso coffee with a touch of tia maria, then layer twice in a glass bowl and top with grated dark chocolate. I serve in cocktail style retro glasses with a tiny bit of thickened cream drizzled on top. Have a great night !

    Apple turnovers?

Ice cream slice- seriously easy, and you just need malto milk bikkies, condensed milk, cream and chocolate bar of your choice- crunchy is great!

    Fruit salad

    Lemon delicious pudding

    Choc mousse

Thank you for the fantastic suggestions. I have just made some semi freddo (sort of like ice cream), with choc chip biscuit chunks, and I bought some waffle cones to serve.

    Hopefully it sets in time.
