Bond, you said you are hoping to get Meadow to sleep in her pram in Sydney...does that mean the pram will be in the cabin with you, and does the airline allow that?

Hi J, yes you just ask to take the stroller to the gate rather than check it in. You don't have it in the cabin they stow it somewhere. Before boarding you give it to the gate staff and you get it as soon as you get off the plane rather than via baggage claim. Same if you're transferring flights so I can use it for the two hours I'm waiting around. Much better than carrying her around! Always done this when I've travelled with kids so it's common practice

That's good to know...wonder if Jetstar does this too? I would much rather have the pram to take Lucy to the gate, than carry her! She's only 7.5kg, but trying to hold her and juggle everything else is hard work!

I love my pram, and I need it while up in QLD. But thanks, Shelby. Does anyone know if Jetstar offer this service too?

Can you call them to check? Never flown Jet Star as they don't operate from Canberra but Virgin and Singapore Airlines allow strollers to the gate.

I will call them. I hate Jetstar, but they fly into the Sunshine Coast, whereas Qantas doesn't.

This is my second attempt at Centrelink. Each time I've attempted to call about PPL I've been in hold for in excess of 40mins, Audrey has woke. And I've had to hang up bin now at 22mins and she is due at 4pm. Far out!!!
