Waiting That's the best idea just taking a day at a time.

Michelle great news about the pregnancy. How exciting.

Bond River walking is easier and harder. We have stairs so I can't let her outside without supervision so normally I carry her in then go and get the shopping but sometimes it means I can put her in the back yard with DP and they play in the garden and I get stuff done.
Good work with the walk. I hope you had a nice muffin afterwards.

Rainbow 6 months have gone so fast! He is adorable.

    Love sleepy booby cuddles!

How did she go on Tuesday with the 60ml (?) of EBM you had?

Bond, I ended up getting 100mL for Tuesday, which was great. Not going to get another 55mL between now and tomorrow morning, though!

J that is a beautiful photo. I know this sounds odd but try not to focus on the amount you are getting. The more relaxed you are the better the flow. Also try doing left right left right as the break may give you a little extra. And you are doing amazing! It doesn't matter how much you get I'm sure she will continue to love to breastfeed
