    They eat the soft flesh - you cut the cucumber into thick sticks, skin on, and they gum off the soft flesh, these are a great natural teething rusk ! It's too hard to "bite " off big chunks at that age but so great for learning

    I think ds was 5.5months when we started veg and fruit and about 6 months when I introduced meat and eggs.
    I did a mixture of finger foods and puréed.

    He's 1 now and the biggest gobble guts. Eats more than my 4 yr old
