Hi, when DH had his first sperm test it came back with really bad results. I can't remember the numbers but we were told they were low & that they were clumping together & therefore unable to move/swim.

I did a little research & he cut down on alcohol & started exercising a little more. I had read on here that others had the same thing & tool menevit & a higher dosage of Vitamin C which helped them.

You have to wait 3 months for another test. At least that's what we were told because that's how long the body takes to make new sperm, or something like that. We waited the 3 months & the next results were hugely different &so much better, which was good.

You poor thing, I have pcos too (along with endo) & it is difficult. I do know though that there are many lovely ladies on here with it though that have gone on to conceive naturally.

    Good luck

I just spoke to the ivf nurse. Basically motility was at 35mill and average is over 40mill. So just under what it should be, she also said based on that alone they would not recommend ivf just yet...

Thats good my partners had 50 000 000 per ml of semen and only 500 000 of those were normal so your numbers are good eniugh to conceive naturally.
