    Default Child Support Help

Hi ladies! Just a quick question regarding child support before I call up and complain, making a fool of myself.

So DS father is paying child support straight from his employer weekly. I know for a fact it is coming out weekly as I received a letter and also asked them over the phone. BUT I am still getting my inconsistent payments 'monthly' (more like $40 here $300 there at totally random dates). I asked them over the phone and the clueless lady I got replied "we do not withhold anything, once we get it, you get it".... Which is a total lie because he pays every Wednesday. I need my child support weekly as it is my only income.
So, my question is......Should I be getting my child support weekly? and can I?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

from what I hear you get it monthly through csa. I don't understand why you would be getting different amounts though

His employer pays it direct to CSA, yes.
Why are they saying that they do not withhold anything from me when in fact they are withholding 3 weeks pay from me. That's so silly. Thankyou though!

I take payments from an employee and on the 7th of each month I have to pay it to CSA and then they disburse it. I accidentally paid 5 weeks instead of 4 due to a difference in our pay run and the due date so it held up payment for day whilst I sorted it out with CSA. I deduct the same amount each week so it's the same monthly payment.

well, I would much rather get it monthly then not at all. Put it that way. Thank you ladies. I will now hold my complaints and annoyance to myself.

As others have said it's paid monthly. I've only received random payments when he hasn't paid the full amount but that shouldn't be an issue with it coming from his pay.

Default child support father wont pay!

    Hey everyone,
I've got a big question to ask ?
Now the father of my 14 month old hasn't paid child support since she was born I've told centerlink about it and they said they will deal with it and still nothing but the question is that I just got a job offer over in Canada now I would like to take it but I will be ordered back to Australia with my daughter what to do??

Ps he hasn't had any contact with me what so ever since she was born but his family is trying to stop me for trying to give her a brighter future.

    WHAT TO DO ???
