Hi Cinderella. How many days of ewcm did you have this cycle before it went creamy/white/sticky?

I don't know I wasn't exactly paying attention, I have been being more relaxed about it all lately. I'm pretty sure it was all normal otherwise I would have noticed. I knew I wasn't pregnant last month cause everything was normal.

How did you work out what day you ovulated? I had a look at your dh sperm analysis too. I don't know a lot about it but where it says 1% in normal forms, I think they want it higher than that.
Maybe he can have another one done to see if it's improved since upping vitamins. I bet it has.

My cycle has been prefect since I started my thyroid meds last July, it's pretty obvious when I ovulate. I was having follicular tracking for a few months and decided I didn't need it anymore cause I knew when I was ovulating.

I remember getting the ovulation pain for 4 days as the follicles grow and then on last day it was pain on one side and that was ovulation day confirmed with temp rise next day and cervix drop. Really hope it's a bfp soon

If you think your 19dpo tomoro, then you probably o'd at least 4-5 days later than you think so you may only be 14 or 15 dpo now. Because it's rare to have luteal phase 16 days or more. So like pp have said it may just be taking its time showing up on poas
