Que a meltdown because I'm just so stressed. 10 minutes later I get the call!! Baby is all clear for T13 T18 and T21!! And I'm having a GIRL!! I was a blubbering mess on the phone so she left me to it. I am so relieved after all the stress of the last few weeks!

I felt the same when finding out I was expecting a girl after having a boy. But if it helps, in my experience everything felt exactly the same once she was born, a baby is a baby and there was certainly no big difference between mothering a girl compared to a boy. I say that now, lol.. Just wait for her to hit puberty, haha.. But now that my DD is developing her personality more and approaching 2 years, she is definitely showing way more attitude and cheekiness than DS ever did!

I just feel like It's too good to be true and Its such a weird feeling to know! Hopefully she doesn't give you too much grief during puberty! I've got small age gaps so I don't even want to know what puberty will be like

So I went in to get the full results and after waiting an hour for my appointment the Dr said they weren't in yet Dh works in the Pathology lab and said the results need to be accepted into their system by the scientists before it can be viewed. It has been exactly 2 weeks since the amnio so dh said he believes the results are sitting there they just need to be accepted in...which the Dr could have called up and done but oh well. So now we wait for a phone call I told her I was panicking that something had happened to the baby so she listened to the hb and sure enough there was a beautiful hb so I was glad we got that I guess I will come back and update again once we get the full all clear.

It was a pain because I had worked myself up to finally getting past all this and it was a bit of a let down. I know chances are these results will come back clear because the fish results were good but still...I'm so over waiting! Thank god we got the fish results because if we had of waited the two weeks for everything I would have walked out of there a total mess today. But at least we are nearly there.

Well I can breathe a big sigh of relief...baby is all CLEAR and there are no abnormalities present!! I am so relieved and can't believe we are finally able to move on! I'm hoping we don't run into any issues down the track but for now our girl is fine so I wont stress unless something comes up.

Now to enjoy the rest of my pregnancy

Thanks again for all your help and love ladies, I would have been lost with out it xo
