    I found it strange that the bad nurse seemed to take such offense to Shirley possibly wanting to keep her baby. But then again maybe Shirelys story is what made her feel justified in what she was doing to begin with and now that's all been thrown into question. I suspect she's going to turn into an even bigger ***** now. My only gripe about this show is that it feels like the episodes keep ending too soon, they would be much more satisfying if they were half an hour longer.

    Joan fell off her pedalstool I had her on .
    Did anyone else notice Shirley say she already had to look after child with special needs, don't ask her to look after another one?
    Just putting it out there- I wonder if the matron had a child when she was a teenager?
    Two more episodes to go- boo!!
