    Great job. I just got an Ivf bfn and allowed as much chocolate as I want today. Have bone broth brewing so clean start tomorrow morning

    I have had a good week so far, except....there is always an except. I woke up with a migraine early morning :/ so I ended up have one piece of Vegemite toast. When I feel unwell I can not stomach anything high fat low carb. However, I have been well behaved for the rest of the day.

    Oh the best thing ever is Chia Pods <3

    Cheeriee I totally get the vegemite and toast if you are not feeling fell. Fat can be hard when sick so I avoid it also

    I am also trying to follow this. It's only been 4 days for me and although I don't feel like I have lost much weight I haven't been feeling as hungry and can control my portion size better. Used to eat so much noodles!

    I just tried a mango chia pod yesterday - so delicious!! Made my own version today using almond milk, mango and chia seeds. Wasn't as creamy but ok. Added some fresh passion fruit and even ds ate some

    For dinner today I have pork bone soup with daikon and carrot. It was nice and surprisingly satisfying even though I didn't have any carbs. I did have a small slice of pineapple a few hours later.

    Hopefully will see some loss in weight before a wedding I am attending in June.

    I use coconut milk and pure cream to make my chia pudding. Now that fills you up.

    This is the mango chia pod I bought at woollies. Was a bit expensive though $3.70. If you want to make your own try googling chia pudding.

    It says 13g per serve and each serve is 170g.
