    I meant to say this is meant to be 4 serves of muesli. If you wanted to get a bit more bang for your buck and you don't mind some carbs you could add a cup of oats to the mix. It is a pretty expensive breakfast.

    Me me pick me!

    Finally I've found you all

    I'm following a low carb medium protein high fat style primal diet. Been doing it pretty consistently 4 4 weeks and am down 3kg.

    I been paleo/primal style eating for a few months with a few cheats thrown in. Feeling much better health wise but not a lot of change on the scale, until I went really low carb.

    Suddenly appetite has significantly diminished and I feel in control. It's great!



    Been researching lots about low carb/keyosis diets during pregnancy. Not a whole lot out there.

    I have found the same thing!

    I was going great, until I was sick. I then reverted to toast and Vegemite as the thought of anything with fat made me want to throw up.

    Anyway back into it now. I also feel great, I don't get hungry and no sugar lows.

    I have found the yummiest grain free porridge and I am happy!

    DP has lost about 8kg in the last month or so. I don't know how much I have lost as we don't have scales at home (DP has them at work). DD can now hold her hands around my waist

    Your dp sounds like he's going great. Why is it always easier 4 men? I'd like to get my husband more on board especially as he does most of the cooking, but he's very attached to his beer.

    It's so refreshing being on a diet and talking about feeling satisfied. I've found some days I only need 2 meals.

    Coconut cream mousse is my big love. So many different flavours you can make it up with.

    I do most of the cooking, so DP gets what he is given lol.

    He drinks red wine (as do I occasionally) though.

    My taste buds have changed so much, I used to only drink sweet dessert wines and I now drink dry reds. I am finding some things really sweet which I never did before. I can also tolerate more chilli.

    I have found a cupcake recipe that my kids eat and can take to school. I also have a mug cake recipe that is yummy as well for me.

    It helps that I love coconut anything at all!

    Know what you mean about change in taste. High carb n sugar food just isn't satisfying anymore.

    I lost loads of weight with lchf, couldn't believe how easy it was. I had to track my carbs in my fitness pal app, otherwise I would go over. I found about 50g or less carbs per day worked for me. Now I'm pregnant again I've started eating more carbs, but still eating loads of fat.
    The best books/ websites I've found are Christine Cronau and also Sarah Wilson (more just sugar free, but loads of good recipes).

    Hi everyone. I ate low carb to lose my baby weight and got down to 55kg in December. I have now crept up to around 57kg and really need to be more strict to get back down again.

    I aim to eat around 20g of carbs per day but it's hard to keep it that low.

    I end up basically eating eggs, meat and cheese. I have to be careful not to have too much milk in my coffee. Milk has so many carbs!

    How many grams of carbs do you guys aim for each day?

    So pleased with how my weight loss is going on this diet. Wish I knew about it years ago! I'm averaging about 50gm of carbs a day and steadily posing.
