Amps hope your feeling better soon and hope you get moved to a private hospital what a **** of a Doctor!!!

    loving the bump pictures!

AFM we had our antenatal classes this weekend Saturday and Sunday for the Matar I found some of it very useful but at times I was nearly falling asleep!! Made me abit more relaxed about the vaginal birth and breast feeding. Well I am now losing weight with the diabetes rather than gaining which my OB said is fine nothing to worry about so I am happy still put on 6k over the 28wks hopefully might stay at this.

Our nursery is nearly finished now just need cot mattress and feeding glider. Only need a few bits for the baby and my hospital bag to sort and we are ready for him to arrive......I never thought I would be at this stage so early!!

Hope everyone had a good weekend

    Loving seeing the bump pics

DH and I pulled everything out of our studio (which has just been used as storage since we moved in) on the weekend. We've been chucking out heaps of stuff, reorganizing, etc. Problem is we didn't get finished so now there is still stuff everywhere! I was planning to spend today sorting some more, but had a bad night's sleep and so an intended half hour mid morning rest turned into a 4 hour nap

Well, after some discussion between ob and me we decided to try pethadine for my migraines, it is working out really good so far. Im going to see osteopath tomorrow first thing so will see if any improvement then. Stay in hospital under ob care until things settle or baby comes.

Oh wow Amps, sounds full on. Hope you're ok and around some compassionate doctors now.

I can't sleep. Between 3 and 4 I'm awake and that's it for the night.

    And yes very emotional.

4 days left of work! It's unbelievable how hard it is to stay motivated when I have hardly any days left! Anyone else feeling this work struggle?

JJ - so annoying about the pram. How inconsiderate. Sounds like the ladies have supported you with some great suggestions though. Good luck

Loving the bump picks.. Mine is huge!! Feeling really uncomfortable and very tired now. Under 7 weeks to go! Can't wait to finish work in under 3 weeks, I'm over it!

All the best with your glucose results spidery.

Thanks Jay.. Will check it out.. I'm going to a few baby shops on the weekend to test a few of the prams out.. So I can decide which to get and then can Hopefully find a bargain online somewhere.. Fingers crossed!!

Thinking of you amps and glad the pethadine is helping the migraines..

Lots I hear you about the work struggle.. Lucky you only have a couple days left

On the way to my OB appointment.. Can't wait to see the little one even if it's on a dodgy little screen!

    Hi girls,
Amps- sorry to hear your back in hospital but glad the pethadine is working. Have they worked out why you are getting such bad migraines.

JJ- that really sux your friend did that to you!!! Good luck with finding a pram. There is so much out there, I'm sure you will find something quick. Best of luck with your OB appoint.

Catlover- loving the bump pic. It's amazing how a small bump can quickly grow. I look back at a belly pic I took before I started my last cycle and can't believe my tummy was so small. I love not having to hide my tummy flab anymore and showing off the bump.

Spidery- good luck with your GTT results.

AFM- 25 weeks and one day! We have finally made a start on cleaning up the nursery. DH pulled apart the bed that was in there to give away to his uncle and I'm just itching to start cleaning and painting it all up. There is a long list of things to buy but we will make a start now. Now it feels real!
Seeing my OB today for a check up.

Has anyone had their flu shot yet or planning to get one? My mum was trying to push me to get one straight away because of all the news hype about the swine flu.
