Question Royal North Shore Public Hospital Sydney - scan questions

Hey! I'm high risk and had trouble booking in to see someone for my NT scan and where I'd normally get it done in the public hospital was all booked out so I ended up getting mine over at the private and paying the hefty fee as a one off... It was a great experience though and we got a CD full of photos as well as print outs of baby which was amazing.

For my morphology scan I'll be getting it done just at the normal public maternity area and I was wondering if you still get a CD and some print outs - I know the fee is hefty through an ultrasound clinic or the private hospital but I don't want to leave empty handed!

Also, my parents live overseas but might be in Sydney for the week of my scan, is it ok bundling a bunch of people in the room?

If anyone could let me know about their experiences at North Shore Public I would so appreciate! Cheers.

I had mine done at royal north shore public. Only got 1 print out no disk. I don't think they'll mind how many ppl are in the room with you.

Just a thought....why don't you have the standard scan at the public hospital and then book in a gender 3D scan at a private business. Those scans are not diagnostic and more for fun and you'll get a disk and photos and i actually think they may be cheaper...just not covered by medicare.
