Default How long after needles can child have a temperature?

DS2 had his 6 month needles on Thursday. Has been fine until this morning and now he is grizzly and has a temp. Could it be from needles still??

I couldn't say for sure but it might be the needles. My DD got a temp about 48 hours after her 4 month needles that didn't lead to her being sick so I put it down to the immunisations

Thanks ladies. Hoping it's just from the needles. He's not having a good run at the moment so would hate for him to be sick again
