    Default BF overnight

    Bub is 11 days old.

He is feeding well, every 2-3 hours just depending on his sleep.
Lots of wet & p00ey nappies.

He put on 154grams in a week.

I'm not sure if he's feeding well enough over night, I'm a bit worried it may affect my supply.

He cluster feeds till say 1030... Lots of feeds from 7pm till that time.

Last night he cried out around 2am, but only fed for 5 min... Then around 330am he woke up but again he wasn't very interested..I managed to get him to have 1 breast but he was barely awake for it.

He is well, not sick. MCHN came yesterday said she wished he had put on 200g not 150 but otherwise all ok.

It's been 3 nights he hasn't been overly interested in eating overnight..

Should I be worried about overnight supply or just thankful that I can get some sleep??

    Thanks

Sounds like he's going great! I would be thankful to get the sleep! I found both of mine as newbies cluster fed in the evenings (usually from around 4pm - 7/8pm) then slept until around the 2/3am mark (by that time my boobs were massive so they'd only take one side before they were back asleep again). That all changed as they hit the 3/4 month mark and they started waking more. Your supply should adjust as need be.
