YES! Thankyou, you are good! I wanted to say that but couldn't figure out how to type it to make sense. The irrational fear you feel with anxiety feel so real it's petrifying, and it shouldn't be discounted because it's anxiety fueled ... Frustrates me kinda that people don't understand..it kinda makes me feel stupid.. Thanks

Sorry, I didn't mean for it to make you more anxious (though in retrospect, I know now...) Just wanted you to know there are others out there who do share what some may see as a neurotic concern. I also have a beautiful almost 2yo dd between those 2 losses. When we still saw her heart beating, well you would understand the sheer relief

I used to have terrible anxiety after some traumatic events but while it will never not be there it is manageable. I completely understand how your feeling BUT I think you really need to change shrink because it does not sound like you are using any of the tools that should be helping you overcome your anxiety. Also there are meds you can safely take for anxiety during pregnancy. Or try the natural approach deep breathing, mediation, yoga and relaxation techniques.

The more you worry the worst your anxiety will become. I know how hard it is to let your worry go but it's not healthy. Things at the moment will happen regardless of what you read and how much you stress. Just trust your body to do what it's supposed to.

I'm not saying don't worry but don't let it consume you.

To the posters saying not to worry and using terms such as "worry wart"... Easier said than done if you've never suffered from anxiety. Please, show a little compassion!
I do suffer from anxiety and depression. Seeing as she had to stop her medication due to her pregnancy, it's really unprofessional of her doctor to not put her on another thats pregnancy safe. Medication only does so much, you yourself have to try and have some control and responsibility to be on top of it too. Which is why I mentioned seeking help.

I defo feel good seeing a live moving baby. Takes a little weight off. My subchorionic hematoma is still there which puts a cloud over my pregnancy, but I'm trying to stay positive. Just 2 and a bit weeks left until my 12 week Nucal scan. After that one I think I'll feel even better. But when the hematoma goes away is when the real fear will subside I think.
