Friends support friends, shame on them! Her choice to "bare" all has done no harm, she should be celebrated for sharing her experience.

Incredibly brave. I think there beautiful in there truth they paint and can't see what people had a problem with. As she said, if you don't want to see them then don't look.

I think it's absolutely disgusting that 103 people defriended her for showing the real world what she has been through. Out of those 103 people I guarantee that cancer would affect at least 1 of them directly or within immediate family. Will they coward away then too?

    She's an inspiration!

The problem is if you are friends with someone on Facebook you don't have a choice. You scroll through your news feed and then 'bam' the naked, and some may consider distressing, shots are in your face.

I'm not sure what I think about this. Good on the lady for fighting cancer but I don't know if posting naked shots of oneself on Facebook (even if they weren't meant to be sexual) was a smart thing. I think the photos are beautiful and tell a story but it's probably more appropriate for a magazine where readers can chose to view the photos and read the story rather than Facebook where people (and perhaps younger kids who can't understand/cope with the stress) are forced to cop an eyeful.

    - I wouldn't defriend a friend that did this though.

Good on her so brave! I can imagine she has been an inspiration for so many women. How could you not be supportive of her? I guess she knows who her real friends are I mean if they were somehow offended then they could have still been friends with her but hid her from their news feed. Either way she is beautiful and should be proud to show the scars of what she has endured.
