Issues here too - I have an inverted nipple on one side. Bub has a high palate and (until today) a teensy bit of a tongue-tie, which meant he finds it difficult to get my weird nipple into a good position to feed. And then I started to lose supply on that side.... I enjoy BF but if I didn't then I would give up.

If you feel that way - have you seen a lactation consultant? More than one? I got specialist help from someone and now a lot of the problems with pain are behind us. I had to try more than one person however.

If it doesn't work out, you are still doing the best thing for both of you. William will be fine and that's what matters.

    Hi lovelys
    Hoot that is sooo cute!
Chook I'm amazed.. ive dropped back to 4 pumps a day and im somehow still getting the same milk quantity. If I missed a pump before I had to pump extra to make up for it. .... strange things happen. I'll take the win while it lasts. Lots of boob patting and gentle finger massaging at start of pump though as boobs become engorged and very very lumpy. So there is so much milk still im only doing formula once a day for the moment.

I have soooo much spare time on my hands!
Nothings rushed now to fit the next pump in and the dogs loving the fact i haven't put pumping before her daily walk.
Especially when she does such a good job keeping guard while dads away!
Anothrr growth spurt too as ontop of het 7-5 night sleep my little day cat napper has had a good sleep every second feed the last few days and mums even had time to put her feet up!
    Ahh a happy house again.

What am missing on the facebook group. Should I join fb just so I can stay in the loop with you all. I want to know more of how everyone is doing.

    Xx

Sunshine-The fb page is good cos we all can talk about our daily trials, tribulations and wins! It's a closed group so no one else can see our little discussions :-)

Sorry I am of no help on BF as I am FF and as you know I am crap at that too and headed to the feeding clinic tomorrow. :-(. Sunshinebell if you are able and want to do the FB group it is really good. It is more real time lots of pics and easier to view lots of posts. I love it as I find BH hard to keep up with as it is set out like one long conversation.
    Love love love the pics!
