Thanks Em & Precious. I'm sorry Precious, I can't remember if I've said hello before....

Precious, I'm on 250 Orgalutran for 3 days & stop. Day 3 I also start 450 Gonal F & then on day 5 I also take Saizen for 5 days. I then go back on Orgalutran on Day 8(I think) & also increase Gonal F to 600. Scan is day 9 to see how it's all tracking. This was my protocol for my gorgeous DD. It was also the same as my last cycle which unfortunately ended in MC at 9 weeks but was the best egg haul ever (7, 5 feet & 2 blast). The protocol has been the best in terms of egg collection in both cycles. Both cycles also ended up having EPU on day 16 so I'm almost banking in it. I feel pretty good on these meds too... Just tired. Although my DH said to me this morning 'Honey, you are starting to act crazy'.....Brave man

I've never heard of the sandwich antagonist before. Sounds interesting. My clinic doesn't do bloods at all during cycle just the one 12days post transfer. I see you're based in WA. Do you go to a clinic there? I've read a few people who travel east which must be a real drag.

Threegoes. Yes my clinic is about 15mins away from where I live and work which is very handy. I didn't realize so many protocols/cycles are different. That's a lot of gonal f isn't it? I thought my 350iu was high
I hope ur next cycle works out for u too xx

H ladies, unfortunately I have starting spotting and have lost all symptoms. Poas and levels are definately dropping. Had bloods taken and just waiting on results. Looks like yet another mc for me. Devastated.

    Hi girls

    How is everyone doing?

Em – wow can’t believe your DE cycle has come around already? I hope everything goes smoothly for you. You must be so excited. I will be cheering you on from the sides.

Threegoes – good luck with your cycle.

MrsErin – hope your FET is going along well.

Chris – welcome and I hope you are wrong about mc. After such a great HCG I am keeping everything crossed for you.

Precious – welcome too and good luck with your sandwich cycle. I also had not heard of that protocal

Chiefsgirl – I hope AF arrives on time and you can begin your new cycle. Best of luck.

Mrsmac – I hope you are going OK.

Juama – Good luck with PCG. I hope you get some good news.

Bertie – Geez - sounds like you have been through a hard time. All the best for cycle # 8. I hope this is it for you.

    Hi to everyone else.

Well gearing myself up for cycle next month. Had a follow up appt with FS last week and we are on track to start. He was quite encouraging for us to do another cycle. Said our embryos last time were A grade and had high hopes for us – so I guess a bit of good news after expecting the worst. But we all know this doesn’t really mean anything. We should have gone back to see him sooner but were just so over it at the time. Anyway onwards and upwards to next month. AF due around 15th so hopefully might be cycling with some of you. Oh and I got the blood test for natural killer cells this morning just to rule it out. Can’t hurt especially if we are looking at DE too.

    Hi All

Well if there is something I have learnt today its to never give up hope. My hcg levels have come back at just over 19000 so are still rising. Apparently I may just sit in the 20% of women that spot during early pregnancy. The other thing I have learnt today is to never poas when your levels are over 10,000. Apparently the hcg changes something in your blood so you may only get a faint line on a test even if your levels are still rising. I don't know what possessed me to think poas at this stage was a good idea, but I'm no longer thinking like a rational person. I'm sure I've been spotted continuously poking my breasts to see if their still sore.

Just have to wait another week to see what the scan shows but feeling hopeful after todays results. Quite an emotional day!

Luca - That's reassuring to know you're producing Grade A embies. Good luck with this cycle.

Threegoes - I notice youre using Saizen, I found that really helped with my quality too. Expensive but worth it.

Is anyone on the thread using Menopur? I also found that helped with my quality and didn't make me feel as sick or bloated as some of the other meds.

So glad it was good news today Chris! Definitely don't give up hope! When I had my early scan the baby was measuring 5 days behind and I was told it could go either way. I prepared for theworst and cried for a week. A week later, bub was 2 days behind with a heartbeat and this time in 6 weeks he/she will hopefully safely be here! I had lots of up and downs and scares until 12 weeks and then 20 weeks. It's been a rough ride for sure but I can see the end now. Lots of girls on here spot, and I didn't have many symptoms which worried me. Keep breathing, and praying. I think all will be good xx.

OctoberBaby - Thanks for the encouragement. Sounds like you also had a heart stopper of a journey. I'm really happy to know you're almost about to give birth. Do you know what your having or have you opted for a surprise?

Oh Chris9, you poor thing. What a relief. I had bleeding & cramping throughout my whole pregnancy with my DD. I didn't enjoy the worry of it at all but in the end it worked out. Having said that, she came 9 weeks early but had APGAR scores of 9 & 9.5.... Very healthy, just early So try to relax & take it all as it comes. With regards to Menopur, I have been on that for one cycle but that was a crazy one where I was on Menopur, 900 Gonal F, Orgalutran & Saizen...worst cycle ever. I think my body went into overload. I've used Saizen for about 3 cycles now & I'm hoping it's good.
Precious, as mentioned above I've had a protocol of 900 GonalF before & it was horrible. It actually didn't do anything for me & was my worst cycle ever.... No eggs 450 to 600 seems like a good amount. I think I might have started on 300 on my first ever cycle but only for a couple of days. It's funny how our bodies react different... I think there's a bit of trial and error there but we seem to be in the right one for egg numbers... Just need to find the golden one.
    Thanks Luca
How you going Bertie? I was so sorry to hear what you've been through. I hope you are on the mend & home now?
    MrsMac, how are you?
    everyone
