Oh the hair loss..... as if the drugs arent bad enough we have to put up with hair styling to hide the bald patches. DHEA used to do it for me.

Emski thinking of you and have everything crossed you're in that 65% success rate. Odds are definately in your favour.

Ladies you are freaking me out! I haven't had any hair loss with dhea, but will be starting pred at the end of March for my cycle, I have short very thick hair, but hard to do a comb over if it starts to fall out!

Yes, I haven't noticed any actual balding, but it's coming out in great amounts - at least half a handful a day - considerable more noticeable in recent weeks than ever before. It's the next thing I'll have to google - how many strands of hair one has on average and deduct 20-40 strands a day - I think that still leaves quite a few years of having hair :-))

I'm vain as it is and peeved about my weight gain over the last year. I've just turned 49 and feel like I look like a hippo, I don't need to be bald too!

    Hi Ladies

I haven't had hair loss with DHEA but have definetley developed the greasy hair and I get spots on my forehead which I have never had before. I am looking forward to finishing my last prescription this month. I have given it a good go....

Got AF yesterday so started jabbing today. Feels weird after nearly 6 months "off" IVF!

Hi to everyone and good luck to all the cycling girls.

I'm scared of DHEA, sounds rough. Hair loss and acne, no thanks.

I'm glad my naturopath advised against it for me - she said there's no research to back up what it claims to do (unlike q10).

Hey guys, still jabbing away, had my first scan, have 6 follies ATM and so I'm hoping that is ok, staying on 150 of the fsh... Another week before epu, will have to keep thinking those eggy thoughts for now. Always get a bit nervous around now.
