Hey Emski - I think I have good news for you, you probably won't notice much difference when you up your progynova dose. Last donor cycle they started me on three a day, but in the second week they increased me to 16 a day - I didn't feel any different though. I'm not sure what dose they'll put me on this time, but I'm guessing it won't be small and I'll be rattling while I walk, just like Chiefsgirl!

And I thought 4 a day was bad! @Threegoes yep, still a lot of meds to take - generally it's just estrogen, synarel or lucrin and then progesterone support post transfer, but I have auto-immune issues and a clotting disorder so am on clexane and steroids as well.

I didn't know prednisolone makes you lose your hair! I start it in a few weeks ... all I knew was that it was in the same family as dexamethasone and that didn't make me lose my hair ... god I hope I dont lose it on pred either ... there are enough crappy side effects on ivf without being half bald too!

I know! It has snuck up on me...
Re hair loss it could be the pred. Mixed with Synarel too... who knows, but I'm finding a lot of hair in the shower/on the floor. I always thought it was the DHEA on my past cycles, but I've not taken that since October.

It must be prednisone... My hair is all falling out allover the place. I had it cut short and thought it wouldn't be so noticeable... I was wrong.
