    Congrats on being pupo @MrsErinR
@Chris9 good luck for Fridays scan, I imagine it's going to be a super long week for you!

@mgcbertie I hope you get the call to say your egg fertilised well and you can proceed to transfer. THanks for the info re ff. I go to westmead and have been really happy with the care there (have had regular blood tests, ultrasounds, given follie numbers and sizes etc) and they are not for profit so doesn't cost so much oop.

One of the guys at my work has really been pushing for me to go to ff as Anne got his wife pregnant with twins 10 years ago and he raves about her. I held off as I link my FS and after getting my immune diagnosis she is willing to work with dr m's protocol and I'd heard that Anne doesn't really believe in it. Your comments have put me at ease with my decision as it sounds like you're just a number there, whereas I really like the staff and drs at westmead (the epu and transfer is done by the rostered FS, not necessarily your one).
@Vixjc, @mgcbertie and others who are doing de, I take my hat off to you, you are very brave women. I'm not sure I'm at that stage yet, but after hearing all of your stories I haven't closed my mind to it yet.

Hi to everyone else reading along xxx
AFM, I am impatiently waiting for AF so I can log in for my long down cycle. Celebrated my 2nd wedding anniversary today, DH is a gem, flowers and he cooked dinner! Glute is on the mend and I'm allowed a gentle walk on the treadmill!

Just a quick update.... our one little egg fertilised overnight, and Dr Clark wants to put it in tomorrow, on day 2, instead of day 3. To me, this sounds dodgy, kind of like she's covering up seeing it grow to day 3. Anyhow, I'm just rolling with it this time, so let's see how it looks tomorrow at the transfer.

Bertie, glad to hear your egg fertilised and you can have a transfer. What a difference between clinics. for transfer.

MrsErinR, congratulations on being PUPO. When will your BT be?

Vixjc, hello and welcome, glad to see you found your way over here! I sincerely hope that your new clinic can give you your long awaited BFP. I agree, so many people haven't actually thought through what DE involves, and don't understand the pain that still remains. We are considering DE, but are not quite there yet. Hopefully your family and friends will reserve their questions for later. you'll have good news soon.

Chiefsgirl, glad to hear your glute is getting better. You and @Vixjc are very lucky in being able to continue to exercise as usual during your cycles. My clinic knew I was an avid gym goer, so before my first cycle, they gave me specific instructions: during a stim cycle I can walk, or do yoga or pilates but that's it, I have to keep my HR below 120bpm. ( No spin, GRIT, BodyAttack, bootcamp, PT etc). During FET's that rule is relaxed a bit but still have to keep HR below 140bpm. I find that the worst part of doing stimulated cycles, I really miss the exercise, and go pretty feral by about 5 days in. Really pretty embarrassing to admit that I'm so upset by missing a few classes. My FS does like light exercise like walking after transfers though. Hope you can get your cycle underway soon.

Threegoes, I hope your next BT and scan delivers better news. Come on follies, do some growing!!

Chris, glad to hear your levels have risen, hope your scan is reassuring.

    Luca, how are you going?

Em, how is your cycle coming along? How is your donor going?

TeamPanda, Octoberbaby and everyone else reading along

AFM - AF showed up yesterday, so into the clinic today for BT. I start injecting tomorrow morning. This cycle does feel very different to the others - I was excited or generally emotional before the others, but now I just feel a bit flat (maybe just disguised anxiety?) Not too sure I have any expectations, I guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Hi ladies, bit of a me post today. Not sure if it's the dhea, but I have severe pms today! I'm alternating between rage and tears at the moment! Rage about a work issue where I'm being taken for granted and tears because I'm sick of being taken for granted for being so capable and a team player!

I know it's just the hormones, (and I'm on undie vigilance today for AF which feels like any moment now), but I really think I should have stayed at home today!

To top it off, I got mince out at 6am this morn for spag Bol tonight and promptly left it on the bench cos I was running late, gonna be 30 at mine today, that's for the bin then. I then got stuck in the most horrific traffic and was half an hr late to work! I'd have called in sick, but I only have one sick day left and I need that for transfer!

Why oh why does it all happen at once!

Chiefsgirl... oh you poor thing, you're having quite a day!! We go through such emotions on this roller coaster ride. I never know how much to blame it on the drugs, or if it's just the crazy emotional/mental state we're forced into. Hopefully tomorrow is better for you.

AFM.... one nice little 4 cell embryo put in on day 2. Hopefully it was mine, as slight mix up, as second lady in the queue had the same first name as me - the embryologist was sure she had it correct, but the FS checked about 4 times, which didn't seem good. Anyhow, at this stage, I don't care, as I will take any baby now! I'm sure it was right in the end :-)) So now just keeping busy for the next two weeks. Have hardly been at work recently, so back to work tomorrow and hopefully that should keep me more than busy!

Yay Bertie! YAY YAY YAY for fertilisation and being PUPO!
I have so many things crossed for you I've lost circulation!

Chiefsgirl - what a crappy day for you I never used to know my sick leave balance never needed to, I always had so much accrued ... then came IVF ... These days if I lost a limb in a shark attack I'd be wheeling myself into work still in my togs, typing with one hand, holding up my IV bag with the other and keeping my torniquet tight with clenched teeth, just so I had enough sick leave up for the next IVF cycle.

Hubby flies out to Greece tonight ...
