I'm a PhD student at La Trobe University studying the effect of alcohol on relationships. Alcohol-related aggression in relationships is a hidden problem and affects many women and children. We would like to learn from women's experiences, to hear how they keep safe and to find out what would help to reduce their partner's drinking and aggressive behaviour.

I'm particularly keen to hear from women aged 18-30 years living in Victoria who are currently in a relationship with an alcohol-affected partner, to take part in a confidential interview (up to 1 hour). This can be by telephone or at a location of your choice or we have a private room in Melbourne's CBD. We will reimburse you for all parking and travel costs up to $20. We will keep your information confidential - your privacy and safety is very important to us.

To find out more about the study, http://www.latrobe.edu.au/mchr/research/social-context/wings call or text Ingrid on our confidential recruitment line 0474 159 118 (if there's no answer, please leave a message with your name and a good time for Ingrid to call you back for a private chat about the study). Or you can send an email to wings.study@latrobe.edu.au.

Thank you! Your story will make an important contribution.
