They get put i. The dishwasher after dinner which is put on when it's full, sometimes at night, sometimes through the day. DH washes the wooden chopping boards, frypans etc etc usually when I'm cooking dinner but only every few days.

mine are done throughout the day as we use things, everything is either hand washed or put in the dishwasher straight after it is used. the.dishwasher is turned on after dinner at night. i can't go to bed and leave anything unwashed or go out and leave dirty dishes.

Before having ds I didn't care if they waited until the next day but now with a toddler I need to be more organised and start the day off fresh. So dishwasher goes on every night.

And yes I love how my dh also needs to let things 'soak' rather than put it in the dishwasher! Or he will only put his plate and cutlery in and leave everything else! He just doesn't think properly I swear he's thinking about monkey's most of the time.

Nope if we are having a CBF night we'll leave them, although they generally get the better of us and once of us does them. Generally we do them straight after dinner, one bathes kids and one does dishwasher/lunches.

    Yes we do.

Every night after dinner we spend about 20 minutes cleaning kitchen, tidying house and doing a quick vacuum with the cordless dyson. Then we can sit and relax in a clean and tidy house.

I notice most people that do them everyday either have a) a dishwasher or b) a helpful partner

Nope. I have never used my dishwasher and my partner is either always away or never does the dishes either. I just have a daily kitchen cleaning routine.

wifey of hubby who is always away. mother of two girls who are always amusing.

    That's why I said most
To be honest I just use the lack of dishwasher and slack hubby as an excuse. I just don't like washing dishes lol.
    Edit: what's a cleaning routine? ☺️
